Contract Software Developer (Part-Time)
WTM is seeking a dependable contract software developer to support clearly defined implementation work across client engagements.
This is a structured, part-time contract role designed for professionals who value clarity, predictable workload, and focused execution.
Responsibilities
- Implement features based on written requirements and defined acceptance criteria
- Work primarily asynchronously with minimal meetings
- Submit work via pull requests and iterate based on structured feedback
Scope Exclusions
This role does not include:
- Architecture or product-level decision-making
- Direct client communication or meetings
- Production deployments or on-call responsibilities
Tech Stack
Laravel (9–11), PHP 8+, MySQL/SQLite, Blade, Bootstrap/AdminLTE, GitHub
Engagement Details
- Contract type: Independent contractor
- Time: ~4–5 hrs/week
- Compensation: $500 USD / month (fixed)
- Location: Remote (international applicants welcome)
